Why we regenerate industrial spaces
Recuperare un edificio evita le emissioni legate alla produzione e al trasporto di materiali destinati a una nuova costruzione. Al Superstudio Maxi abbiamo recuperato il 99,8% rifiuti da demolizione e al Superstudio Village abbiamo recuperato oltre il 75% della struttura.

ISO 20121 Certification
In 2023 we obtained the ISO 20121 – TÜV Nord certification for the sustainable management of our spaces Superstudio Più and Superstudio Maxi, with the support of Locom Sustainability Project Management. Our commitment is built on three pillars:
